- Drywall hanging & finishing — Drywall hung, taped, mudded and sanded smooth, ready for paint.
- Ceilings — Finished ceilings so the space feels like a real room.
- Interior painting — Walls, ceilings and trim primed and painted.
- Trim & doors — Baseboard, door casing and interior doors installed and finished.

What can you turn my basement into?
Common projects are family rooms, home offices, guest areas and play rooms. Tell us how you want to use the space and we'll talk through the layout.
Do you do the electrical and plumbing?
Yes. Robert handles both himself: electrical repairs and installs (new outlets, switches, lighting and fixtures, recessed lights) and plumbing (adding or relocating sinks, wet bar or laundry hookups, fixture installs), plus repairs during the refinish — along with the framing, insulation, drywall, painting, trim, doors and flooring.
Do you subcontract any of the work?
Usually not. Robert handles the whole basement himself, from framing, insulation, electrical and plumbing to drywall, ceilings, paint, trim, doors and LVT flooring, so you deal with one person and one point of contact the whole way through.
Do I need a permit?
It depends on the scope of the project and your municipality. We'll let you know if a permit is needed.
